In this session the participants will learn how to engage creative problem solving in your students thru the use of Discovery Education products (Science Techbook, Streaming Plus and Board Builder). Mrs. Whiteford will present an example from her own curriculum in the design and construction of a bridge in order to demonstrate STEM teaching principles and motivate you to bring STEM learning into your classroom. This session will include a hands on component in which you will be challenge to "make" something as part of a team.
